Our shopping centre with BREEAM In-Use certification
The Auchan Piaseczno Shopping Centre has once again received the international BREEAM In-Use certificate. This important distinction confirms that our centre is managed in a responsible and environmentally friendly manner, and that we focus on modern, ecological solutions in our daily operations.
Benefits for everyone
The BREEAM In-Use certificate guarantees that we care not only about the comfort of shopping, but also about reducing the building's impact on the environment. The assessment covered, among other things, effective building management, energy and water savings, CO₂ emission reduction, responsible waste management and recycling, visitor comfort and safety, transport solutions and care for the building's surroundings.
In the latest assessment, we achieved very high scores: Excellent in the Management Performance category and Very Good in the Asset Performance category.
Appreciated changes in our centre
This is the first BREEAM certificate awarded to our centre after its thorough modernisation. The renovated interiors, new restaurant area and rest areas make shopping even more comfortable and enjoyable.
The modernisation also included technical installations, including fire protection and electrical systems, as well as energy-efficient lighting. This makes the building safer and more environmentally friendly.
We are delighted that the changes we have made are appreciated by independent experts and that our customers can enjoy a space that combines comfort with environmental responsibility.
